Nathalie is the founder of the Institute of Web Psychology, which helps businesses apply research to their design and decision-making processes, to achieve better engagement online. She has working with Fortune 500 companies, design agencies and SME’s including Google, eBay, Unilever and Harvard Business Review to name a few.

Bio:

Josh is a hacker who started breaking into university networks in middle school and ended up consulting to c-suite executives and government leaders alike. Along the way he’s written three books, hosted a TV Series on Nat Geo and two for Discovery, and written and participated in innumerable articles and interviews. From TED to Davos, IBM to Nike, VC funds to that startup down the street, Josh has addressed audiences of thousands and dozens. He currently lives in NYC where he advises startups and multinationals alike on how to use the cutting edge of technology to maximize innovation.

Andrzej worked as an award winning chemical engineer before pivoting via a Cambridge MBA into the creative industries. He has worked in over 40+ markets and brands for Saatchi & Saatchi and was the first and only joint member of the creative and planning boards, and won a D&AD pencil along the way.

He is passionate about humanising data and analytics to grow great brands and businesses. He co-founded the insights and innovation consultancy Freemavens in 2013 which joined the Be Heard Group in 2017.

Working in social media analytics for over a decade with clients like MTV, British Airways, and Samsung, Tara Clark has a knack for finding insights from large and unstructured datasets. She has a fascination with the way people communicate with each other in their many forms and this manifests itself into new methodologies for tracking and understanding how audiences interact with the brands they love. At the BBC, she is Head of Social Analytics and helping the business to understand trust, values, and engagement with audiences.

At home, she is a studying yoga teacher, bookworm, and mum.
